Spiritual Formation is the process of being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ for the glory of God and for the sake of others.

"Spiritual Formation is a process, but it is also a journey through which we open our hearts to a deeper connection with God. We are not bystanders in our spiritual lives, we are active participants with God, who is ever inviting us into relationship with him” (renovare.org).

The Spiritual Formation Retreat will provide you with the opportunity to learn and practice Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina and the Daily Examen. Plus you will participate in walking a Labyrinth and Creative Journaling. The purpose of these practices is to love and know God more, and to become more deeply and fully rooted in his love.

Nothing is complicated. No experience necessary. Come as you are and bring a friend.

Important Details:
-We will meet at New Covenant, Mar 4 from 6:30-9 pm and Mar 5 from 9am to 4 pm.
-Bring a snack to share.
-Lunch on Saturday will be provided.
-We will be journaling during the practices, so you can bring your own journal or we will have some available for you.
